Plastic DOCTOR BLADES made of resistant plastic for the use as retaining blade in the chamber doctor blade system.

Due to their material elasticity, they are especially suitable for the use as retaining blade in the chamber doctor blade system.

The chamber is kept leak proof since the flexible blade keeps permanent contact with the anilox roller.

Sealing blades do not require a special profile at the working edge. This makes the plastic BLADE a retaining blade with a very good price-performance ratio.

The plastic BLADES can also be used as active blade, i.e. as a doctoring blade. This leads to reduced operating costs and at the same time to a  reduced danger of injuries, compared with the razor sharp edges of metal  blades.
